If there’s one powerful piece of content you should have on your website it’s a case study. Case studies are like gold dust. They can connect you with the kind of customer you enjoy working with, and attract the type of work you love.

The second best thing about case studies is that I love researching and writing them! Discovering and telling the story of a positive customer experience is a joyful thing. Several times I’ve witnessed the case studies I’ve created bring a happy tear to the eye of my client. You don’t get that emotional reaction if you write it yourself.  

I have a gentle, relaxed, teasing approach to interviews, letting the conversation flow naturally. As someone independent from your business, I ask questions about the little details, feelings and outcomes you might overlook if you were having the conversation yourself.

How it works

  1. Select the client/s you would like to profile and make a warm introduction by email.

  2. I follow up to arrange a convenient time to chat about their experience with you and your business.

  3. I draft the case study, send it to the client for approval, action any amends, and supply the approved content to you as a word document.

What’s included?

Case study creation includes arranging and carrying out an interview of up to 30 minutes with the client (usually via video or phone call), drafting the content to an agreed structure, obtaining client approval, and one round of amends per case study.

Can I trust you with my clients?

I treat your clients as my own. My approach is gentle and friendly. I ask open questions and I’m a really good listener - the idea is to get them to do most of the talking! The interviewee has complete control over final content with the option to make amends before the case study is published. Case study participants can remain anonymous if they wish.

How much does it cost?

Fees start from £120 for a single case study and include one round of amends. Bundles are available for three or more case studies. Please contact me for a quote.
